The Jumbo Shrimp came into Tuesday’s game riding a four game winning streak knowing that they would be facing the team at the bottom of the table. Sounds like the recipe for a win, right? Well, baseball has a well known way of taking your grand plans and torpedoing them. That’s sort of what happened to the Jumbo Shrimp as they came up on the short end of the ledger as the Norfolk Tides came away with a 4-3 win.
Cody Carroll got the win for Norfolk. Shawn Morimondo took the loss for the Shrimp. Bryson Brigman led the Shrmp with two hits on the night. Full Box Score is here.
