Despite a 635 mile round trip on the I-95 Speedway, it was absolutely fantastic to be back at the ballpark this afternoon to watch the Cardinals and Marlins. The result didn’t go the Marlins way today, and I’ll write more on that tomorrow. But just to be able to be at the park, have a hot dog and a beer, and watch a game in person for the first time in 19 months was something to savor. Man, I love baseball.
